This policy sets out details for the delivery of your online purchase from Elutrium Computer Services via our online store www.elutrium.com.au for delivery within Australia and overseas.
All products are shown by Default in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Elutrium Computer Services ships Australia wide using Australia Post delivery services. For products under $20,000.00 and less than 40 kg in weight your goods are automatically insured for delivery in Australia by Elutrium Computer Services.
Should your order be unusually heavy or bulky, we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order. For goods greater than 40 kg in weight we ask you to request a quote for the delivery of your product.
We dispatch all orders within 3 business days of notification of payment being received by our suppliers. Delivery times are estimated between 3 - 7 days depending on your location in Australia. Delivery may take longer for regional areas.
If for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your product/s within 3 business days of notification from our supplier, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
All deliveries must be to attended physical addresses. All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure that somebody is available to receive the delivery during business hours.
Please contact the delivery company to organise an alternative time if you are not available at the designated time of delivery. If you are not available a contact card will usually be left and you’ll have 24 hours to contact the delivery company to have the delivery made. If the delivery is not successfully made after such a time, the package will be returned to us. If you wish to have it re-sent after this has occurred, you will be required to pay a second shipping charge. Alternatively you may have to collect your delivery at your local Post Office.
All deliveries must be received with the signature of the recipient. It is your responsibility to check the consignment for any signs of damage and completeness before signing Proof of Delivery (POD) document. Only once the consignment has been confirmed as complete and in good condition should you sign this document, as this is your agreement that it has been delivered as such.
If any items are damaged when they arrive, you may either reject the delivery without signing the POD or you must ensure that the exact damage details are recorded on the POD including such details as carton numbers on packages, time, date, your name, and signature.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in the avoidance of any insurance you may have against loss or transit damage.
To deliver international orders we are required by law to list the price you paid for our items as the Customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or Customs fees charged by your Government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
For overseas deliveries insurance is done on a parcel by parcel basis. We will email you with a quote to organise insurance for you, and/or it is your responsibility to organise insurance for overseas deliveries.
If your order has not been delivered within the specified time-frame, please contact our Head Office on 03 9390 3993 or via email email@example.com.
